Where do we begin with this one?  The shape is amazing.  It has a feminine shape, the slightest balloon sleeve, and a gorgeous stripe pattern.  Elan hit it out of the park with the contrasting stripe size on the cuffs and waist.  You can wear it buttoned up, or unbuttoned with your favorite tank.  A perfect vacation and springtime cardigan!
